The “M” series of floor-standing mixers is designed to operate the mixing of plastic materials, such as masterbatches, additives, regrind and virgin materials in granule form.

The mixer capacity ranges from 120 to 330 litres.

Thanks to their relatively small dimensions they can be placed beside machine and easily handled, as they are fitted with swivelling wheels and brakes.

The cover lid is hinged for easy opening when manual material filling is required.

A built-in steel screw inside a pipe operates a “fountaine” mixing of the materials.

Suction probe holder, operated by vacuum hopper loader, is arranged for material suction.

The “MVP” series of vertical mixers is designed to mix large quantities of plastic granules.

Their capacity ranges from 500 to 16000 litres volume.

The series has a solid steel structure (outer painted) and a robust construction on 4 supporting legs.

The mixing screw is driven by 3-phase 4-pole motor with trapezoidal transmission belt.

Manual feeding is made through a proper feeding hopper arranged with a protection grid suitable to support plastic bags during emptying.

Units are fitted with inspection doors or openings, sight glasses, material drain pipe and material discharge at the base.
